Over two days in February this year, we supported WorldSkills in bringing together 60 esteemed speakers from the education sector, who delivered insightful presentations across 12 engaging sessions. The event catered to an extensive audience, with thousands of viewers participating both in-person and remotely. Through meticulous planning and seamless execution, we supported the in-house team in delivering a memorable and impactful experience for all attendees.
Planning and Execution:
Pre-event Preparation: We collaborated closely with WorldSkills to thoroughly understand their vision and objectives for the event. This enabled us to develop a comprehensive event plan that encompassed every aspect, from logistics to content management.
Event Production: With support of WorldSkills we ensured all technical and audiovisual requirements were met. This involved managing the stage, lighting, sound, and visual effects, creating a captivating and immersive experience for both in-person and remote attendees.
In-person and remote attendance: We ensured a seamless experience for both in-person and remote attendees. Our team supported the registration process, providing clear instructions and facilitating a smooth check-in process for in-person participants. Simultaneously, we leveraged our event platform to offer a user-friendly interface for remote viewers, allowing them to access the event's live stream and engage in real-time interactions.
Outcomes and Impact:
