For the second consecutive year, we were honored to support Ark Curriculum Plus in hosting their annual conference. This year’s event, held at the National Conference Centre in Birmingham, marked a significant expansion with nearly 500 attendees. Building on last year's success, we introduced innovative elements such as comprehensive film footage and a dedicated event app, enhancing both the attendee experience and the event's reach.

Venue and Event Coordination:
The National Conference Centre in Birmingham was selected for its ample space and state-of-the-art facilities, ideal for accommodating the increased number of attendees and the event’s diverse activities. Our team managed the logistics of setting up multiple breakout spaces, a plenary session, and an exhibition hall, ensuring each area was perfectly suited to its purpose.
Technology Implementation:
To elevate the event experience, we introduced an event app that allowed attendees to interact with the conference schedule, access session materials, and connect with other participants seamlessly. This tool was crucial in managing the flow of the event and enhancing participant engagement.
Film Production:
We handled all aspects of film footage production, capturing key moments and sessions throughout the conference. This not only provided valuable content for Ark Curriculum Plus to use in their post-event communications but also enriched the experience for attendees, offering them a dynamic recap of the event's highlights.
