The event featured 11 breakout spaces, a plenary session, an exhibition hall, and an evening drinks reception. We extend our gratitude to our client, Ark, for entrusting us with this project.
Planning and Execution:
Venue Selection: Twickenham, known for its iconic rugby stadium, was chosen as the ideal venue for the event. Its versatile spaces, including 11 breakout areas, provided the necessary flexibility to accommodate various sessions and workshops.
Breakout Spaces and Plenary Session: We meticulously planned and set up the 11 breakout spaces, tailored to host different sessions and workshops. Additionally, we organized a captivating plenary session that served as the focal point of the event, delivering engaging content and valuable insights.
Exhibition Hall: The event included an exhibition hall showcasing the offerings of 30 exhibitors. We managed the logistics, ensuring exhibitors had the required space, equipment, and support to effectively engage with attendees.
Evening Drinks Reception: To provide a networking opportunity, we organized a delightful drinks reception in the evening. Attendees had the chance to unwind, connect, and build meaningful relationships in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
